VallejoTech Solutions had the privilege of collaborating with The Children's Museum of Indianapolis on a comprehensive project to redesign and restructure their internal SharePoint environment.

Restructure

 We replaced existing site templates in accordance with SharePoint best practices, specifically utilizing communication hubs and child sites. This involved the creation of new site templates, merging existing teams, and migrating site content to ensure a streamlined and efficient structure.

Redesign

We updated the look and feel of the site home pages with modern web parts, significantly enhancing the user experience. Additionally, we implemented updated navigational elements, including a consistent top link navigation bar across the hub and child sites, to ensure uniformity and ease of access throughout the client's internal environment.

This project not only modernized the museum’s SharePoint environment but also improved its usability, making internal communication and collaboration more effective and engaging.
